Shipping & Local Pickup
We provide flat-rate shipping to the continental United States. Pickup at our store in Canton, GA, or at regional events where we have a booth, can be pre-arranged in writing via email prior to placing your order. It is important to follow this procedure to ensure that we can process your order in the timeframe required. If you checkout using one of the Local Pickup options without prior arrangement, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Custom Orders
The wonderful thing about our products being made-to-order is that you have the option to request custom colors, often at no additional cost (exceptions apply). For example, if you want you prefer pink critters, we can do that! Please reach out to us for all custom orders. Color availability can be seen here [insert link].
